Booking Conditions

1.  Bookings commence at 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.00 am on the day
of departure.  

2.  For bookings made over four weeks prior to arrival date, a deposit of £80.00 is payable,
the balance to be paid four weeks before arrival.

3.  For bookings made within four weeks of the arrival date, the full amount is payable on booking.

4.  In the event of cancellation, we undertake every effort to re-let the accommodation.
If successful, the balance will be refunded less an administration charge of £20.00

5.  You are expected to use the accommodation and its contents with care and to leave it in a
clean and tidy condition on departure.  

6.  All breakages are to be reported immediately - we reserve the right to charge you for
extra cleaning, missing items or damage.

7.  No visitors other than those stated at the time of booking are permitted to sleep in the
the accommodation without the permission of the proprietors.  

8.  The proprietors cannot accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions,
floods, theft, sickness or accidents to any guests or their personal belongings whilst staying at
the accommodation.  

9.   This contract of hire shall be for holiday purposes only.

10.  No pets allowed at all in the cottage (registered guide dogs allowed)

11.  No smoking in the cottage at any time.
